using an Avid Support Code (ASC). Customers receive one complimentary
ASC with their product, located with the product serial number on the
DVD wallet/sleeve for physical products, or on the download page for
downloadable products. This ASC is valid for Online Assisted Support.

This ASC is valid for unlimited complimentary support for 30 days after
